Hotels

We has secured room blocks at several area hotels offering special discounted rates exclusively for our guests. The Region will cover the cost of one night's accommodations for those traveling in from other areas. You may prefer to come in Friday night and return home after the event, or may may prefer to drive into town on Saturday and stay in town after.  You may choose to stay 2 nights but the 2nd night will be at your own expense. Submit a Travel Request to the Travel department to reserve your room. Space is limited. The deadline for obtaining the discounted rate is December 9th, 2026.
